500 driver ng Grab pinarusahan

PINARUSAHAN ng Grab Philippines ang may 500 nitong drivers noong isang linggo matapos ang isinagawang internal investigation bunsod ng sunod-sunod na reklamo ng mga pasahero.

In a statement issued on Monday, nagpaumanhin din ang Grab Country head na si Brian Cu sa kapalpakan ng kanilang mga drivers, at nangakong paghuhusayin ang serbisyo nito sa pamamagitan nang pagsibak sa kanilang mga pasaway na drivers.

“We will never tolerate any behavior that compromises the quality of our service. We see every post and complaint. We apologize that our services fell short. However, we will move forward,” say  ni Cu sa kanilang press statement.

“We have rolled out additional and stricter measures to address issues on cancellations and this is just the start. We promise to improve to provide the quality of service our passengers deserve,” dagdag pa nito.

Paliwanag ng opisyal na tanging 5 percent ng cancellation rate ang pinapayagan para magkaroon ng insentibo ang kanilang mga driver.

“Those with 10 percent and above cancellation rate per week may face sanctions such as suspension as well as removal and complete banning from the platform,” paliwanag pa nito.
