ASIDE from the Korean craze, in na in din ang Japanese influence sa ating bansa tulad na lang ng animes, dramas, movies at marami pang iba.
Japanese food also made an impact sa mga Pinoy, sa dami ng Japanese inspired restaurants and kiosks na makikita mo sa mall.
With that, para ka na ring nakapag-Japan without actually leaving the country. Pero ano nga bang food ang dapat mong subukan?

1. Onigiri

Though it might not truly Japanese in origin dahil ito ay sariling version nila ng Chinese noodles, ito ay sikat na dish sa Japan na may iba’t ibang flavors from miso, tonkotsu, shoyo at shio.

Where to try them: Tongara Ramen
Ang ramen recipe na sineserve nila dito ay nanggaling pa sa isang ramen master sa Japan. They also have a junior version para sa gustong matikman ang ramen nila without being too full.
